BELLANO COFFEE || Cupertino, California
Been wanting to try this for a while! I’ve recently really gotten into smaller coffee shops so it was nice to check off another one on my list. My best friend introduced me to this little corner cafe, and I was pleasantly surprised by the interior. It’s small, yet very comfy and well-lit; perfect for studying. Bellano is known for their vanilla lattes, so that’s exactly what we got. I love the designs on top too :). The lattes were really good! Upon first sip, I couldn’t stop. I had to have a couple more sips before putting my mug down. The latte seemed a bit bitter at first, but I eventually ended up really liking the flavor!
Another one of my favorite coffee shops is bitter+sweet (I’ll write a review for them later!) and compared to them, the lattes definitely put up some competition for bitter+sweet!
A small vanilla latte ended up being around $5 though, so it is a pricey cup of coffee, but it’s worth a try. :)

Leslie has worked at Bellano for about 6 years, since it was opened.
We liked the cool colors of her necklace and sweater, both of which were gifts from her family.
At first she wasn't thrilled with the idea of helping at her family's coffee shop, but that changed when Leslie (who now runs things with her sister) started to learn about specialty coffee.
Judging by the many positive yelp reviews and happy people you can find sippin' lattes, looks like customers are excited about it, too.

Today marks Steven’s last day as a Bellano barista, (and he will be missed!) but I managed to catch him in the past week wearing this fun rosetta t-shirt. It was made by one of his coffee-making co-workers, Sammy, when he happened to be going through a screen-printing phase. It’s an appropriate shirt for Steven, seeing as how he always leaves some art atop my latte, and I’ve witnessed him intent on leaving cute bear faces on kids’ cocoas.
