A Slice of Santorini
2012. The first time I saw photos of Marinduque’s Bellarocca Island Resort and Spa on the glossy pages of a travel magazine, I dreamed but never thought of going there so soon! It was a special celebration with close friends, and Bellarocca made it more awesome. We climbed a hill to take a look at a spa on top of it, from where we had this view imitative of Greece’s Santorini.

Dahil nauuso naman ang mga #throwback at #flashback at #senti posts, I am doing a #flashback post, of one of the FTW and yaman-yamanan vacay experience I had with my family and some friends. We heart Bellarocca.
We made an IG hashtag for this vacay pa talaga, peg namen yung makakating paa nila Cristal Belo and Tim Yap, its #bellaroccation. Feeling celeb lang... oh well pag nasa Bellarocca ka you'll definitely feel like one.
We got a cheap vacation package kaya dinamay ko sa gastos ang aking family... kaya niloloko ako ng mga kasama ko na sinama ko daw ang "familia Bueno" hehehe! Of kors I didn't pay for them... Dad paid for everything! harhar!
We traveled by land, we left Manila around 6pm (day before our check-in day) we should catch the 12mn Roro, at napakalamig sa Roro ng madaling araw ha...dun kame napa-upo sa non-aircon. Estimated time of arrival at Marinduque is 3am. Haaaay we barely sleep at Roro kasi super lamig tapos we have to drive hanggang sa port going to Bellarocca which took us almost 2 hours ren. I think there is a truth in "lahat ng maganda pinaghihirapan."
Another 15 mins boat ride and finally.... Good Morning Bellarocca na!
Where are we getting all the energy?? Not enough sleep and rest pa yan ha....
Di naman sila excited!!
Check-in time is 2pm, but Bellarocca is gracious enough to accommodate our request to check us in as early as 7am. Coffee-coffee muna daw....while registering... I love it!!
Super haggard na talaga kame...
That's why when we got to our rooms.... wow sobrang saya...
Aside from the fact that we can finally rest.... ang ganda lang ng view sa room namen.... haaay... diz izz layp!!!

Super pagod na sila except yung mga bagets... swim na swim na sila... kaya while the tanders are getting a rest we have to look after the boys.

Breakfast pizza?? buko? chocolate shake? hehehe heavy nga kasi dapat di ba?? Walang magulo puyat at gutom kame....
Di ren nagtaggal at sumunod na ang mga kasama namen... I think di ren sila makatulog talaga kasi they know Bellarocca is waiting na....

Swimming time!!!
Nap time naman para sa iba... yess naman!! parang asa bahay lang?? ayaw matulog sa room... sa tabi ng pool natulog! Ganyang kameng yamash!!!!
After power nap, try naman namen yung amenities sa ibaba.

After exploring the amenities sa ibaba nagyaya nman mag-snokle ang Famlia Buena minus Mama (she don't like the beach so much afraid malunod si Mother).
As usual we don't have a camera for water.... hmp!! No pictures. Beautiful water (ang lalim super) and ang mga fish over size (literal)! Its cool to have a guide ren while snorkeling....since it was kind of late to snorkle pag hapon our guide suggested for us to try it first thing next morning.
Eh malakas nga yung alon, tumama ako sa poste sa ilalim... ayan sugatan. Accident prone family talaga. hehehhe Take note, bawal maaksidente sa Bellarocca kaya kahit maliit na sugat yan may Nurse na dumating para mag "per eyd."
First Dinner ng Familia Bueno.
They have buffet that night but we didn't avail because we are not very good in making the most out of what the buffet table offers. Ala Carte Meals lang and para sure na kakainin ng mga bagets.
The food might be a bit pricey than the usual restos (ov kors its Bellarocca) pero the food was ok and in case di mo maubos you can ask them to keep the food para sa next meal.
They also have a family/entertainment room. In-avail ng mga bets ng bongga ang entertainment room.
Billiards.
We have a new playmate Jin (Alina's Son). They have board games and DVD's you can borrow and bring to your room.
Foosball and Computer for internet (medyo mabagal lang) yan and fave nila.
The Foosball table reminds me of Joey and Chandler (from TV series FRIENDS). Kaya ako ren dapat may pekchur!
Our first day was SWEET. We love it and expect to play and enjoy it more on Day 2. Yey!
