Sometimes he drags Lightning with him, and whenever he asks for her opinion on something, she’s completely unhelpful, and just tells him to buy whatever he wants. She doesn’t give a fuq. ajidhuaiwhd.-     kills the spiders: Lightning isn’t afraid of them, but has no sympathy for them either. They ded. -     comes home drunk at 3am: Neither are very likely to do it, but Hope might go to the bar with friends sometimes and come home a little drunk. Lightning doesn’t care as long as he doesn’t get stupid. (He usually doesn’t. But when he does, he sleeps on the couch. jahduwad.)-     makes breakfast: Hope, because he knows if he doesn’t, Lightning will skip breakfast, and that’s no bueno— he nags at her about taking care of herself like that.-     remembers to feed the fish: Hope. They’re his fish after all. They didn’t buy ‘em because she wanted them. (But she keeps an eye on whether he feeds them or not, because when he’s really busy with work, he sometimes forgets. If they died, he’d feel bad, and she… doesn’t want that happen. She feeds them when he doesn’t.)-     decorates the apartment: Hope offers to pay someone to do it, because he doesn’t trust his own taste to be good enough, and she doesn’t want to do it herself. She rejects that idea. “You’re really going to spend gil for that?” (That’s her tsun way of saying, just do it. I know you’ll do a great job. You always do.)-     initiates duets: Hope might try to stab one at her now and then. Just to laugh at the look she gives him. -     falls asleep first: Lightning works herself so hard in the day that she’s usually pretty exhausted come time to unwind. He’s always amazed at how quickly she lets her guard down and falls asleep. But she only does so around those she really trusts. Otherwise, she finds it hard to sleep.
