Let's try this again. The Excalibur's neck is now fixed and the nacelle pylons finalised again. And I adjusted the Olympus' nacelle placement very slightly, to bring them in towards the centre.
So *now* I think they are both about done, modelling wise. I will probably add some bits of detailing here and there as the fancy takes me, but for the moment, it is high time I got on with some new ships!

Just to prove how much I can get done on a rainy day.
Most of the work was around the lower hull, adding in the shuttle bay and the weapons, though I also redid the nacelle struts. Really the only things left to add, barring minor detailing, are the subspace radiators on said struts.
I've sketched an interior for the shuttlebay, just to make sure I have enough space, and I roughly laid out the decks. The Olympus here only has ten decks compared to the Excalibur's twenty-three; the lack of a fully separate engineering section seriously cuts down the internal space, especially since the warp core has to go in there somewhere.
