She inwardly cringed at the stress on her mental shields. It was as though someone were trying to by pass them if by curiosity, it would have ended long ago, but it has been going on for days. Her first attempts to block it were oddly subverted and it lead her to allow the intrusion, as if to test herself and them. But, over time, the intrusion was becoming more and more meddlesome, effectively ruining what little good there was in her mood.
Rubbing her forehead didn't seem to work, and she wasn't about to allow Kadabra to work his magic. That would only mean defeat. She could handle this on her own. She simply had to focus and discover who it was from. Whoever they were, they were powerful and their energy felt similar to another she'd met. It couldn't be them, however. It wouldn't make sense.
"Don't say a word," she practically hissed at her alakazam. The pokemon merely stared at her with a raised brow, a twitch of amusement, and left. That sass.
She took a deep breath, relaxing.
