This beer was brewed using the Hoegaarden yeast strain. The recipe contained:

2.5 lbs of American 2-row

2 lbs 0.07 oz of raw wheat.

.25 oz of Belma hops @60 minutes

.25 oz of Belma hops @ flameout.

This was brewed on March 26th and bottled on April 17th.

Amercan Wheat using Widmer Yeast

Here is my recipe for an American Wheat beer using Widmer yeast:

2 lbs 7.0 oz of American 2-row malt

1 lbs 10.1 oz of raw wheat

.25 oz of Belma Hops @ 60 minutes.

This was brewed on January 14, 2014.

Belgian Pale Ale Recipe

I brewed a Belgian Pale Ale using:

2 lbs 4oz of American 2-row malt

1 lbs 13.9 oz of cracked wheat

.28 oz Belma hops @ 60 minutes

.24 oz Belma hops @ 20 minutes

I used yeast that I harvested from Bruery Mischief.

Belma Lager

Here is a recipe for a lager that I am making with Belma hops and Cry Havoc yeast:

2 pounds 8.1 oz of American 2-row malt

1 pound 5.1 oz of long grain rice.

0.35 oz of Belma Hops @ 60 mins.

This was brewed on 6/29/2013. Bottle on 7/24/2013.

Belma Ale

On 6/22/2013 I brewed an ale using:

2 pounds 8.1 ounces of 2-row malt

1 pound 7.3 ounces of pearl barley

0.35 oz of Belma Hops

I used Pacman Yeast that I harvest from a bottle of Rogue Mocha Porter. Bottled on 7/13/2013

American Brown Ale

I brewed an American Brown Ale on 5/23/2013.  I used:

2 pounds 8 oz of American 2-row malt

1 oz of black patent malt

1 oz of chocolate malt

2 oz of kilned coffee malt

8 oz of caramel 40 malt

.4 oz of Belma hops @ 60 minutes

.1 oz of Ahtanum hops @ 15 minutes

I fermented it with yeast that I harvested from Sierra Nevada Pale Ale.

Bottled on 13 June 2013.

Wheat Beer using Windsor Ale yeast

I used the following ingredients in brewing this wheat beer:

13.8 oz of cracked wheat

3 lbs 0.7 oz of Malt

.4 oz of Belma hops @ 60 minutes.

I brewed on May 9th and bottled on May 31st.

1 Door Saison Yeast

Making a beer using belma hops and 1 Door Saison yeast.  Here is the recipe:

15.4 oz of pearl barley

11.5 oz of cracked wheat

2 lbs 8 oz of American domestic two-row malt

.3 oz of Belma @ 60 mins

Brewed on April 12th.
