Brunch at BTR
For those that don't know BTR is Below the Radar, a local brew pub in downtown Huntsville, AL. We have eaten at BTR multiple times for dinner and it is always outstanding. But brunch is a hard meal for us to make but a few weeks ago Jay and I got our tails out of bed and headed over to try it out.
We sat down and scoped out the menu trying to make a decision. Jay decided to go a la carte and get eggs, bacon, hash browns, and an english muffin. The bacon was AMAZING! The eggs were fluffy and the english muffin was toasted to perfection. I ordered up something way more exciting...Eggs Benedict! Just look at it. Can't you tell that is was outstanding! Covered in creamy hollandaise sauce with a slightly runny egg, my mouth is watering as I type. This dish was divine and a must order.
Go downtown, try out BTR for brunch, lunch, or dinner! They source food from local growers and change their menu seasonally. It's worth the trip, but here's a tip...make reservations for a weekend night cause they are PACKED!
