Being alive again was great. It wasn't easy but he wouldn't trade it for anything. He had moments when he forgot things though. He had been dead a long time. He sort of... Forgot the rules? It was stupid but it was true.

The night before it had started raining, Ben had always loved the rain so he had gone outside and reveled in being able to feel the rain on his skin. He was glad he had been alone before he had started crying it had been so overwhelming. He had stayed in the rain for hours.

He had forgotten the rules though. And now he lay in bed, tissues by his side his head feeling like it was about to burst it was so stuffed. He gave a somewhat pathetic whimper and looked up to see Klaus walk in "I forgot how much being sick sucks," he admitted before launching into a coughing fit.

Ben looked at Klaus somewhere between disapproval and sympathy. He got the why but he hated watching helplessly as his brother did this to himself. "Klaus you are crying," he informed gently maybe they hadn't been shed yet but his eyes were definitley welling up. Fuck he would do anything to be able to actually help Klaus but all he could do was gently say "You should probably find somewhere better to ride this out other than the floor." He had been around for enough of the others highs to know this seemed to be a rough one.

Ben would’ve rather been doing almost anything else in place of being stuck at a rave. But unfortunately, wherever Klaus went, he was pretty much forced to follow. Which meant that when Klaus had decided to go to the rave, he had to tag along. But that didn’t mean that he was going to like it. “Can we leave yet?” He asked. While he and Kaspar had gotten to know each other while wedding plans and deals were made Ben had gone from being nervous and unsure to excited and impatient for his his wedding. He was so infatuated with Kaspar it was humorous how not too long ago he had been worried that they'd even be able to tolerate one and other.

Now Kaspar was his husband and they were alone after a long day of pomp and circumstance and Ben was nervous again but for a very different reason than he had been at the start. Kaspar and him had done perhaps a little more than was strictly allowed but this would still be their first time. Bens first time ever he hadn't asked Kaspar if that was the case for him either. He knew his now husband had been significantly less restricted than Ben had been.

He shivered at his husbands touch as Kaspar worked on undressing him between frantic needy kisses. They had been on each other the second they were alone, it was amazing if a bit overwhelming. His hands hesitantly slid under Kaspars tunic as his husband worked on Ben's pants. "I-" he was cut off by kisses but he managed to get the sentiment out between kisses "I love you."

Sometimes if Klaus really needed a break from him Ben would give him it. For privacy reasons. But when Klaus was like this? There was no way Ben was leaving. Not of his own free will at least. He appeared in the bathroom "Do you need to talk?" He offered because he couldn't do what he wanted to do. He couldn't hug Klaus or run a hand through his hair to offer him physical comfort. He was next to useless. "What can I do?"
