Some silly ben10 knockoffs. I almost got one of these, but I held myself back.
I find it so cool that some Western cartoons like for example, Ben10 will have a bigger fan base in another country than in the US, and said fandom will still be going strong when the us has mostly forgotten about [insert show here]show.
Maybe i should make a paper on this. I need to work on my writing skills anyway.

I wanted to do a warm up. So I made a ban10 edit based off his concept art. This would actually be a really cool au idea.
The background i made for this drawing was practice for a drawing of Den i plan to draw some time probably next year.
Ive been thinking about how doctor animo's transmogrifier from episode 2 of classic series that "first mutates the genetic code of the animal then evolves them". altering genes can be extremely dangeous, part of the reason sun damage leads to skin cancer is because its damaging your genes and cancer is formed when cells grow out of control. Animo's transmogrifier is giving animals super cancer, the frog in this image has like 3 months to live
Sharing my old art of Ven bc y'all seem to really like him and that makes me so happy. you can find the original on my DA. I definitely didn't intend this to be his final design. but this is where I'm at rn.
bonus concept image and the vilgax design that I referenced bc I like it the most.
his design is still a work in progress, I'll probably give him a cloak or claws or add more breathing tubes and such.
I mostly went with those design to show that he has both human/primate and squid traits before I cover them up with a cloak. especially since his tail is short it won't be noticable when he's wearing more armor. Most of his armor is decorative anyway since Vilgax won't let him fight no matter how much he trains. it kept him happy when he was a kid but he's clearly out grown it.
