Workout Log 4/23/14
Bench day!
Bench press: 180x5x5 I made a 10 lb. weight increase from last week. The last rep almost had me but I finished all 5 sets strong!
Incline DB flyes: 40 lb. db’s x12x4 Pull-ups: 10x10
SUPERSET Curls: 25 lb. db’s x 15 x 5 Decline EZ Bar tricep ext.: 80x15x2, 80x10x3 I admit I probably bit off more than I could chew with the triceps. Now I know what I need to do next week!
