Almost got my Bend 'morning chair yoga' routine where I want it. I do wish they had more seated options, breath exercises and prayer poses, but I make do.

Bend
I subscribed to the Bend app on 12/10/24 because I wanted to start stretching more and working on mobility. I have used it sparingly since but I do currently have a streak going since Sunday.
I have to say, I feel increasingly nimble 😂. It is absolutely difficult, even just the 15 minute full body routine. Which is the one I try to do daily, in addition to any others I feel like doing randomly. I usually just stick to the 5 minute wake up, the 15 minute full body, and a quick neck routine, because my neck needs all the help it can get.
I'm having a lot of fun with this.
