A bit thank you to my pal @ahjones94 for voicing Henry and most of the Butcher Gang in this scene! I As usual my dude, you are fantastic, and it’s always a pleasure to have you on board. Given comedy seemed to be the thing people really enjoyed from my poems, I wanted to make sure there was at least one more that had something to laugh about. The timing and performance here is just such a treat to listen to. XD
I’m gonna warn you of something just like I do in the YouTube Version of this audio.

Today the Poet is mildly irritated with the fight happening downstairs. The studio's inhabitants are having a grand old time running amock, but not everyone thinks it's fun. Still, it's as good a time as any to ask some questions.
Day 2 of Ink Demonth, and here we are with a poem about memory, or rather, a lack thereof. It’s difficult to remember things when in the darkness of the studio, isn’t it? But there’s some things you never forget, and new memories to be made with every dreadful little horror that awaits.
Written Verses and Sound Effect Credits under the cut!
Probably one of the most emotional poems yet. I’ll admit, that’s not all acting, I was legitamitely crying when I wrote and recorded this. It was a sad end to the day and I was awfully alone, questioning a lot of things, much like our Poet here. It just goes to show though, that writing can be an excellent catalyst towards getting our emotions out and moving forward. I know I’m certainly feeling better, and my tears proved to be quite useful too. Though admittedly, it's pretty haunting to listen to. You probably also noticed that this audio switches up between the echoy studio and the tapes. I intended for the poet to record their thoughts on tapes, but I'm contemplating having that just be something their voice sounds like, and it got all "glitchy" when they got super emotional. I dunno, I'm still playing with it, but it adds something interesting for sure. I promise, the next audio is a lot more light-hearted than this one, and I'm doing okay for now, so is Poet. Thank you so much for listening to my poems, I really appreciate your love and support!
