Humboldt Fog
When one is pairing cheeses and music, several factors come into play: do you go literal (i.e. soft music, soft cheese)? Or do you play with you options (i.e. a robust gouda with an acoustic love song)?
When pairing the critically acclaimed* Humboldt Fog, we say go literal. We paired this exciting, multi-dimensional cheese with a song that reflects those qualities: Beneath the Brine (our namesake).
