i actaully think that the charm of sherlock bbc is that it actually is relatable to the everyday woman. it follows a person who is unabashedly being themselves, and their "friend" who supports them and likes trhem for what they are, they have a childish feud with their older sibling that actually affects the real world, they are a likeable asshole, and they own it, and last, and mostly least, they are a middle child.
