Spielberg once said that we could never be the same person all our lives. And this is absolutely true. Every day that passes, every moment, a piece is added, whether it is a thought, an emotion, a sunset, a person, a sigh, a falling leaf that touches our face, a whispered sentence, a shouted name. This small piece makes us who we are now, the person who is now reading this caption and who will be different in a moment anyway. Anything, even the one we casually didn't observe and don't remember, leaves a small change in us.
Deep down I know how much this experience has changed me, when some of you have made me better, and how much Justin has inspired me. It has been a year of recovery, of satisfaction, of growth. I don't want to continue writing anything else or talking about goals and purposes.
I just want to reflect on the fact that together we have rediscovered an important value and that is cohesion and a sense of belonging. And I find all of this full of meaning.
