Getting ready to whip up this year's Friends Day poster... Inspiration, Tools, Crystals, Tunes, etc... Yeah, I know, it's this Saturday. And it's the Twentieth Year of our Holiday that our Pal made up. Wild that we've kept it going this long and what an event it has turned into. Some History... Back when all Us Hippies and Vagabonds were traveling here, there and everywhere, our Friend Kevin thought up this Holiday, Friends Day, and said it should happen on One-Eleven (a Cosmic Number in our Circle), January 11th, every year, so we could at least have one solid day where we knew we'd get together. Over the years and growing up a bit, it's changed dates to the closest Saturday to the actual date. This year just happens to fall on a Saturday. Cosmic forces at work. Ha! Coming up on it has been a huge reflection time for me, I don't know about any one else... Thinking about where we've all been, stuff we've gone through and all the Friends that are still here and all the ones on the other side. Gosh, how I miss them. All this swirling around in my Mind, one of my favorite Music Makers, @benjamintodmusic, released a Solo Album. I'm not usually one to pre-order Albums, but I had a feeling about this one. To say I was right about that is an understatement. With the pre-order, I got to Listen to it early and I haven't stopped. Spoke straight to my Heart and I am Beyond Grateful. Reflection time is always interesting and this Album certainly is helping me through it. We are the ones still here and I find myself Honoring my Friends on the other side by looking every day right in the eye and giving it everything I got, for them, and for the me I'm supposed to be.
