This is Beaumont and his twin sister Benoite. Feel free to ask me stuff about them if you’d like ;v; Here are some in game pictures of them for reference:
I didn’t draw Beaumont’s helmet bc i wanted u to see his face (also fuck the helmet) But yeah they both wield Splash-o-matics. Beau with the Original, and Benoite with the Neo.
I know nothing about Beaumont and Benoite. How salty do they get?
Benoite: We’re usually pretty chill….unless I get targeted multiple times in a match. I HATE getting singled out, especially since people like to squidbag me. I can get quite the potty mouth when angry too…..I wear this bandana to keep Beaumont from reading my lips and knowing how angry I am.
Benoite: Beaumont on the other hand…he doesn’t get salty as often, but when he does you can feel him flipping you off a mile away. He doesn’t need words to tell you his disdain.
…….
And of course we’re siblings. We dick with each other all the time and get snarky/salty with each other constantly.
Dear Beaumont and Benoite. How do you pronounce your names?
Benoite: Our names are pronounced Bow-mont and Beh-noyt.
How does Beaumont communicate with his team when splatting?
Sorry for not drawing for this one, but it would be difficult to show. Beaumont doesn’t communicate with his team. That is part of what makes it so difficult for him to play. He and his sister act as ‘freelancers’ and rarely ever take jobs that separate them. They are a unit, with the two of them having their own method of communicating/strategizing in battle. If for some reason both are separated, Beaumont assumes the role of defense/map coverage, as that usually means less communication is needed from him.
Dear Benoite, what is your pet peeve?
Benoite: Gum snapping. Don’t do that shit.
Benoite: AAARGH!
Auston Mathews' postgame interview attracts attention with Simon Benoite
Toronto Maple Leaf’s captain Auston Mathews and Defenseman Simon Benoit shared the press-conference table after Toronto’s 3–2 overtime victory against Ottawa Senator in Game 3. More than any controversial statement made by Captain or game-winner-goal scorer, it was a lighted moment among the teammates who stole meditation postgame. Benoite, who Game winning goal Just 1:19 in overtime, when a…
