- Mikoto and Graymatter -

Its been a while since I last drew my favorite girl; Misaka Mikoto. So here’s a spur of the moment sketch of Misaka and Ben Tennyson as the Galvan; Graymatter. Standing on top of Mikoto’s head.

If you didn’t know, Mikoto is a big fan of the frog mascot. Gekota and given that Ben had a frog like alien in his Omnitrix. It was the perfect choice! That and Upchuck since Gourmands are considered as cuddly. I’m enjoying August’s posts a lot but in terms of writing, I’ve been holding back a little. Because I’m saving it up for the remaining months of 2021.

I might change my schedule a bit? Wednesday is a “No Deal!” thing. It stays but I might have to work more on Saturday technically and visually speaking. No promises but yeah. Thank you to my regulars as always and to new comers, welcome!

Jetray was gliding leisurely over the fluffy white clouds…not a care in the world…while the sky up here was so calm and quiet…though Mikoto had always imagined it to be windy up so high in the sky…she found herself remembering that was only the illusion a plane would give by flying fast that meant Jetray was flying quite slowly at the moment…merely gliding along…like a leisurely kite. Mikoto suddenly felt something rising in her chest…it was…joy…Mikoto laughed into the wind, letting the light breeze blow through her hair…this was incredible…something that couldn’t be experienced by anybody else…she didn’t even know how to describe it! “Told ya you’d like it.” said Jetray with a grin. Mikoto smiled at the alien…now that it was just a leisurely glide…she was able to appreciate how light and smooth Jetray’s body was…it made her feel so weightless…it was almost as if she were the one flying.

There a lot of parts that I liked about this Wattpad story and this part reminds me of the scene where Astrid experienced flying for the first time on Hiccup’s Night Fury; Toothless. Its also a really fun and wholesome scene.
