HBO will only allow one animation excerpt to be shown from the new Kurt Cobain documentary "Montage of Heck". The animation sequences by Bent director Stefan Nadelman were brought to life using Cobain's drawings. This is a fun sequence where the band tries to decide the name of the band before finally arriving on “Nirvana.”

The NY Times says, “(the) animated sequences of (Cobain’s) adolescence, set to his own taped narration, is the best part of the film.”
