Christine Sun Kim (born 1980) is an American sound artist based in Berlin. Working predominantly in drawing, performance, and video, Kim's practice considers how sound operates in society. Musical notation, written language, American Sign Language (ASL), and the use of the body are all recurring elements in her work. Her work has been exhibited in major cultural institutions internationally, including in the Museum of Modern Art's first exhibition about sound in 2013 and the Whitney Biennial in 2019. She was named a TED Fellow in both 2013 and 2015, a Director's Fellow at MIT Media Lab in 2015, and a Ford Foundation Disability Futures Fellow in 2020. via Wikipedia

Hi!

I'm Blue and I love to do Make-Up!

I'm a self taught Make-Up artist and this blog is going to be my attempt at documenting my various Make-Up looks, as well as the thoughts I had behind them (if I had any).

I want to do an apprenticeship to properly learn how to get better at using the tools I am given, how to work with different face-shapes and how to refine my looks.

My goal is to have a place where everything can be accessed and viewed in an orderly fashion, as well as reach a few people who would be interested in me doing their Make-Up for my portfolio.

I am based in Berlin, occasionally travelling to Austria, and my service would cost nothing but the consent of me using your face as a canvas for my portfolio of Make-Up. Tips are appreciated though! (Money as well as technique advice.)

My style is mostly in the extreme and dramatic, as well as the editorial area. I love deep and dark shadows, round/smooth swoops, lines, dots and gems as features to finish the look.

Generally I love a good drag look, king, queen or quing.
