Friendly reminder that weekends are sacred and official market days. 💖 It’s that time of the week when you can go get your cut flowers. Hydrangeas are gorgeous and they last longer than most — especially if you take care of them well. Here’s how I extend their life at home: • I cut off at least 5cm from the stem and dip the ends in boiling water. Let sit for a few minutes and watch the petals perk up. • In my vase, I add flower food which you can buy from @blume2000.de or any flower shop. It’s basically a concoction of nutrients that will extend the life of your blooms but if you have no access to it, a couple of spoonfuls of sugar will suffice. • Don’t forget to change the water in your vase every other day! If you have any more tips to add, leave them in the comments. Would love to learn more! 😍 PS Thank you for the photos, @adishi!
