Glad the rain let up so I could get another Bernal/Holly Park run in before vacation! The Bernal Rock is now gold. I actually took a pic of it last week where it looks super shiny so I included that here too. I love the hold! Could do without the weird bible verses written on it... Anyway, with the little bit of much needed rain we’re getting, Bernal’s beginning to turn green! Hooray! Thankful to have clean air to breath and legs that can run and a rad husband. Scenes from last week’s four runs, all involving hills except for the Kezar run...that one involved bleachers. It’ll never not be cool to me that I can see downtown and/or one of the bridges from basically any hill in the City! You get the gist of the steepness when you see the angle that mansion on the corner of Chestnut and Leavenworth’s on! My calves are still burning! Oh! And Wednesday was the first time I saw that huge whale art installation at Crissy! So cool!
