Yesterday was day 5 of the world games and day one of taekwondo. Team canada had 2 fighters playing. one fighter won her first match then lost her second. In the repachage, she fought brazil and lost. Our male fighter lost his first match to iran and in the repachage he lost to brazil. Tough day for canada at taekwondo. Today is day two of taekwondo on day 6 of the games. I'm the only fighter from canada playing today. Ill post the tree up in a few minutes. Chao!

Rio 2011. Getting excited for this trip. All my team gear came in the mail and I'm finishing the pakiNg of stuff. Can't wait. 1 more sleep before I leave to get a medal
