After over a week with no time to weave, I am *making* some time today. This is what remains on the looms: Macomber - 2nd double weave piano keys scarf (I had some errors that ground it to a halt, all fixed today and progress resumes); Baby Wolf - rainbow hearts towels with #lunaticfringeyarns 10/2 cotton; and a Jaggerspun scarf on the vintage 4H #bernatloom. None will be finished for Christmas, but that’s OK. Things we learned today: patterns intended to be worked forward and then backwards are not going to look correct unless you actually work them in the given order. Silly me. Must need more coffee. New old loom is ready to warp up! I replaced one of the wooden pegs that the beater rests on (inside the frame), counted and separated the heddles (half on each side of the frame; turns out there are a goid number of heddles, 130-140 on each harness). Also replaced the harness lift cords & the brake cord, with size 24 cotton seine cord.
