Dec 10th, Oly WL Log

It's my fifth session since 1 year without oly's and 6 months without touching a weight. I think I'm going ok.
Snatch: Worked up to 105lbs tried 115 and failed. I need to really work on techique coz I can easily power sntach that.
Clean & Jerk : I did the clean and jerk together at 165 I stopped and just did antother two jerks (3/1, sets/reps) then keep upping the clean all the way to 185lbs where i did 3/1, but I was feeling good so i went all the way up to 205! (Feeling excited)
Squat: Worked up to a 265 single (It was a little disapponting, but whatever it goes up fast)
Clean Pull: It was 245lbs 3/4, but i think that by mistake I did 265 lol, it was good still.
