Ingredients: 1/2 cup rolled oats. 1 cup coconut milk. 1/4 cup hazelnuts. 1 ripe banana. 1/2 cup mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries. 1 tablespoon honey optional. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. Ice cubes optional. Chia seeds and shredded coconut for garnish optional.
Instructions: Put rolled oats, coconut milk, hazelnuts, banana, honey if you want it, and vanilla extract in a blender. If you want your smoothie to be colder, add a few ice cubes. Make sure to fully blend the hazelnuts as you blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Put the mixed berries in a small saucepan and heat them over low heat until they get thick like compote. If you need to, you can add some water. Let the berry compote cool down a bit after it's done. The hazelnut and coconut porridge smoothie is creamy, so pour it into a glass. The warm berry compote should be put on top of the smoothie. If you want, you can add chia seeds and shredded coconut as a garnish. Serve right away and enjoy!
