😋😋 Matcha Mint Chia Pudding Cups⁣⁣ 💚 Made by @whole.harmony.health 💚 ⁣⁣⠀ • 1/3 C chia seeds⁣⁣ • 1 can full-fat coconut milk⁣⁣ • 1 Tbsp matcha⁣⁣ • 1 Tbsp maple syrup or agave • 1/2 tsp spirulina • 1 tsp vanilla extract⁣⁣ • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract⁣⁣ • Coconut yogurt for topping⁣⁣ • Fresh berries ⁣⁣⠀ Combine all ingredients except yogurt & berries in a large bowl and whisk until completely mixed and starting to thicken. Divide into 3 jars and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set. Top with yogurt, berries and any other toppings. I did start meal prepping though! This is from last week. I lost 5.3 pounds in the single week. I had the salads for lunch and the smaller fruit and veggie trays for snacks throughout the day. For breakfast, I had a slim fast shake when I didn’t want to cook and made an egg sandwich with half the ingredients I usually use (1 piece of bread and 1 egg instead of two, less meat, etc.) when I wanted something hot. For dinner, I’d have a Lean Cuisine frozen meal or extras from my meal prepping when I didn’t want to cook. Turns out, I prefer my cooked food, but my sleep schedule is still terrible so I don’t have time/energy every day to make 2 meals. My plan for this week is to meal prep 2 meals a day and see if that helps!

It gets easier

Last week I started a rigid workout and meal plan. The first few days were chaos trying to get the meal plan to work with my schedule. Even after my workouts I was do exhausted I spent 10 minutes on the floor trying to catch my breath.

But today I finished my workout using heavier weights than last week, I wasnt near as exhausted and my supper made enough for 4 meals! Only 1 week in and I'm already seeing improvement in endurance and strength.

I'm excited to see where this new routine takes me in the coming months. 💪💪💪
