it was an impulsive decision really. when Noora first said they should go to Amsterdam in the fall break Sana laughed it off. i mean, med school was hard she was pretty sure she’s going to spend all of the break studying maybe having one or two hours to spend with her girlfriend but that’s all. but somehow there they were sitting at this restaurant, the sun was shining and the light breeze was blowing through Noora’s hair. Sana loved her old hairstyles but she understood some things needed to be different after William. and to be honest, long curly hair suited her, she was more beautiful than ever, happiness looked good on her.

Sana was beautiful. i mean she was always beautiful but lately she started wearing brighter colours and Noora wasn’t sure about her role in that but she was sure it meant she was happier than she used to and somehow that was enough. Noora couldn’t help but take out her phone open Instagram and take a video. it was bad quality and barely gave the right impression of this beautiful moment but Noora still felt the tears in her eyes because she’s never been happier than now with her girlfriend and all of their joy and laughter and a few years ago she wouldn’t have believed she could have this. but she could. and she did.

Chingrid headcanons

• okay so Ingrid is def the one pining like,,,,man she’s probably been in love with Chris since the first day they met but also she was still kinda hung up on Eva so. awkward stuff.

• Chris started liking her probably at Pepsi max times too but she wasn’t very aware that her feelings for girls could be romantic at that time so she thought she just wanted to be friends with Ingrid,,,,,we’ve all been there babe

• anygay Ingrid realizes she’s a lesbian around the end of their first year and with that she figures out that she’s still kinda (very) in love with Chris but they’re in different squads now so she doesn’t know how to approach her

• one time at a party they start talking and they just don’t stop like everyone around them is drunk off their asses but Ingrid and Chris are still sat on the same sofa with their first glass of beer coz the convo is just too fascinating (and gay. believe me.)

• Like three hours into the talk Chris asks Ingrid what her pin is who (a bit too excitedly) starts talking about the lesbian flag and how it’s not that well-known etc.

• when Ingrid asks Chris about her own sexuality she’s like ‘well I guess I like everyone so you have a word for that?’ and then they start googling coz Ingrid is sure she’s seen something somewhere

• on her next birthday Chris gets a lil pan pin from Ingrid. she’s endeared.

• they get together at the end of year 3 not much after Sana’s eid party it’s really dramatic and it includes a kiss in the rain and shouted i-love-yous so an hour later they’re watching friends together because that whole thing was ‘too damn extra’ for Chris

• the girl squad is kind of cold to Ingrid at first (especially Eva who’s mostly awkward because of their history) but they start to loosen up on her a bit and she slowly becomes and equal part of their group

• weirdly enough Ingrid gets along the best with Vilde because they have a lot in common (these things include Eva being their lesbianawakening as they realized one day it’s her gay appeal I’m tellin you)

• nobody in this world can make Ingrid laugh as hard as Chris

• Like seriously one time she laughed so hard she had the coke coming out of her nose. it was disgusting but Chris looked totally in love because they’re gross like that.

• they help each other a lot with their problem of talking about feelings and they know everything about each other.

• they go to Oslo pride together every year since year two (it’s a tradition that goes before they started dating)

• that’s actually the place where Chris proposes to Ingrid and she says yes of course!

• they adopt three kids and they’re the coolest most loving moms in all of Oslo
