Just thinking of some lush infused gins to make gifts - and to taste test of course!! It’s easy to do and you don’t need to grow your own to make some.. it’s just fruit of choice - lots of sugar depending of the tart-ness if the fruit and cover with gin and seal - put somewhere dark for 2 weeks - giving the jar a shake once every two days.. after 2 weeks sieve ( I m deciding what to do with the gin soaked fruit?! Trifle?!) pop in a bottle and drink - or keep sealed in the bottle date and give as a gift of the summer xx . .. Rhubarb is definitely out the cards !! . . #infusedgin #berudenottoo #rhubarb
