Watch Kay cry
♕╾ She had thought that she closed the store, she had thought that the back room would muffle her sobs and yet, all that the boy would hear were loud cries. If he were to open the door, he would find a girl on the couch in the back of the room, curled up and sobbing into her hands.
She was tired of it all, oh, so tired. The girl felt like a burden, as if she weren’t needed and only added stress to lives, as if she were nothing but bothersome. The suffocating stress and dark thoughts that shrouded her mind only led her to this breaking point, one where she could only cry. She wouldn’t notice anyone that came in, she wouldn’t even notice if someone were to be by her side; she was too tired to care anymore.
He thought he’d swing by the store just one last time, he never expected it to be closed of course however the door was left unlocked. Taking a deep breath, he pushed the door opened to the quiet shop. There was a silence, save for the fact there was the sound of someone crying in the back. Was it a ghost? That was what he first thought, however the sounds were similar to someone he knew.
Rushing to the back room in a state of worry, his fears were confirmed. Throwing away the silly fears he had about loving her again, he quietly pulled her into a hug, stroking her head and gentle running his fingers though her hair.
“Shh…it’s okay Kay-san…just cry it out.”
