Ingredients: 4 tilapia fillets. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup butter, softened. 3 tablespoons mayonnaise. 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice. 1/4 teaspoon dried basil. 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper. 1/8 teaspoon onion powder. 1/8 teaspoon celery salt.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 190C 375F. Put mayonnaise, basil, black pepper, onion powder, celery salt, and lemon juice in a bowl. Add Parmesan cheese and mix until everything is well mixed. Put tilapia fillets on a baking sheet that has been lined with cooking foil or parchment paper. Cover the tilapia fillets with the Parmesan mixture. The topping should be golden brown and the fish should be easy to flake with a fork after 12 to 15 minutes in a hot oven. If you want, you can serve it hot with fresh lemon slices and chopped parsley on top.
