Indulge in the savory goodness of Merkts Cheeseburgers! These juicy burgers topped with creamy Merkts cheese, fresh veggies, and condiments are the perfect treat for any burger lover.
Ingredients: 1 pound ground beef. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 hamburger buns. 4 slices of Merkts cheese. Lettuce leaves. Tomato slices. Onion slices. Ketchup and mustard for topping.
Instructions: Set your grill or griddle on the stove to medium-high heat to get it ready. Shape the ground beef into 4 burger patties that are all the same size. Add salt and pepper to each patty. Put the burger patties on the grill or griddle and cook for four to five minutes on each side, or until they're done the way you like them. Cover the grill or griddle and put a slice of Merkts cheese on top of each patty in the last minute of cooking. This will let the cheese melt. Fry or grill the hamburger buns for a few seconds on each side while the burgers are cooking. Start by putting a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun. Then add a burger patty with melted Merkts cheese, tomato slices, and onion slices. On the top half of the buns, spread ketchup and mustard. Then, place the buns on top of the burger ingredients. Enjoy your tasty Merkts Cheeseburgers while they're still hot.
