My interpretation of Beta Kingdra! I quite like its Beta design, but I can see why Game Freak redesigned Kingdra into the version we’ve known since the official release of GSC. That Space World Demo leak was wild though

I like the idea of a Kingdra that actually looks like a dragon. This one does look a wee bit goofy, but when they redesigned it into the final Kingdra they just made a regular seahorse, which is kind of bland. Personally I’d keep the dragon snout but drop the arms. The other way around would also be good.

What is going on with this design? Trying to figure out what was what in that tiny sprite was difficult, and I’m not really happy with how this turned out. What are those spikes? What’s with the arms, beta Kingdra? Why the swirly bits? What are you doing?
