So I suppose this is a beta Mantine, right? That’s a lot of changes. The fingery fins and all the markings kinda resemble a proto-Kyogre to me too. I like that it appears to have a weird smiley face on its underside, the way real rays do. The ‘eyes’ on the underside of a ray near its mouth are nostrils I think, but on Haneei those might just be the eyes? Not sure.
