This is apparently beta Mantine! It sure changed a lot. I guess Mantine still has the “eyes in the back” gimmick but it’s much less noticable, and the “angel in the front, devil in the back” theme has been completely removed. I really like this guy and I think he could make a good Pokemon separate from Mantine. Come to think of it, since Remoraid existed at this point, does Haneei have any relation to it like Mantine does?

also, they rly like multiple/fake heads/faces in the beta, didn’t they (i mean, they have been & continue to be a common pokemon feature but it feels like a high concentration)
