I haven't written much in the past week. I tried but I didn't produce anything good enough.
About a hour ago I felt this random burst of productivity and wrote the dialogues for ch2 of "moving on". I usually don't separate scenes and dialogues, but I just wanted to write dialogues instead of descriptions today. And I did, 2.4k words for dialogues only, and I'm not even done yet. Plus, there will be the scenes and descriptions in between. So, long chapter ahead.
I promised I would have posted ch2 on the 10th (tomorrow) but I want to finish ch6 of "the price of peace" first. I should finish writing it tomorrow afternoon, and then my beta @9melodiousnocturne9 will have to revise it.
But... we both have a lot on our plates and on our minds so I'm sorry if it will take a while. I'll try to write well so that the correction can be done faster, but we are both immensely tired.
Hopefully, I should be able to post ch6 of "the price of peace" on the 15th and ch2 of "moving on" on the 17th. I hope.
I'm so sorry for those who read those fics for the excessive amount of time it's taking me to write them. I am slow, not particularly talented and also uninspired in general. But mostly, I want them to be well-written and worth the readers' time.
