so we were debating this heavily at 3am on the caryl discord, and we decided on "who's the alpha?" and it'll definitely be an awkward roommate-type situation, where negan is Up To No Good, but beta is always one step behind catching him, and alpha loves negan and gets mad if beta bad mouths him, so they have to pretend to be civil, but are like, sticking their tongues out at each other behind alpha's back.
