Jess was the last person to leave. She had volunteered to work a little later, in hopes that a certain captain would be staying late to but, when she didn’t see him anywhere she just sighed to herself and carried on with her work. That was until she heard some footsteps and turned around in her swivel chair narrowing her eyes. 

“Hello?”

Sorry all, no replies tonight seeing as I'm going shopping tomorrow with my friends and need to both sleep and get up pretty early. I promise they'll come either tomorrow or Friday at the latest. I love you all in the meantime Y'all should go follow my new blog too @betaxecho

                      “HEY?” 

     An almost cautious peek around the frame of the door, his       fingers tapping a light rhythm where they rested. He was       stepping lightly still, apologetic from earlier. Though his gaze      never wavered from her for more then a second.                       “Yah, hungry? I was thinking of getting                         something to eat...if you’re interested.”

Maybe she'd like to be beta- or perhaps a false alpha. Whatever the case, the nasally calls that Two gave off were ones meant to be gentle and placating; submissive, subordinate.

At least it could be a fun game, right?

Lifting her head, Charlie wasn’t all that surprised to see her sister’s reflection had joined her own -- the other girl standing behind her. In fact, she was more surprised that she only saw one of them. No doubt the news of what had happened was all over school.

Dabbing at her split lip, she winced a bit. That was going to sting for a while.

“Dad’s gonna kill me.”
