It was 2 AM when Techmo awoke to the sound of a banging sound outside of his bedroom. Bracing himself for the cold, he uncovered himself from the blankets of his bed and followed the sound to the fridge in the kitchen; something was in there. Grabbing a frying pan as a weapon, he cautiously wrapped his mechanical hand around the handle and swung it open.
“ why now are you pulling on my dick? ”

“I’m not - ugh!” Lydia immediately turns her back to the ghoul and wraps her arms around her slight frame, thoroughly disgusted. It’s just like him to try twisting her plea for help into some sort of perverted joke, cementing it even further in her mind that this had been a terrible idea. Quite possibly the very WORST of ideas.
But desperate times call for desperate measures. Lydia doesn’t know any ghosts other than Barbara and Adam, and that’s the entire problem. Her foster parents are gone - there’s no way she’ll be able to find them on her own.
She’d fought with herself for hours over the decision. After all, the last time Lydia sought out his aid, she’d nearly wound up married to the creep. Who’s to say he won't try to hold up his end of their old bargain again - or worse?
That last thought is enough to make her feel sick to her stomach, and for comfort’s sake, Lydia thinks of the Maitlands. Whatever happens now, she reminds herself, it’ll be worth it to get them back. Just like last time.
Knowing this gives her all the motivation she needs - but it doesn’t make her any less scared.
“Look, I wouldn’t have called you here unless it was a total emergency.” Lydia still doesn’t face him. Doesn’t want to look at that smirk on his face and remember. “This has nothing to do with…”
She can’t even bring herself to say it out loud, and she shouldn’t have to. It isn’t exactly hard to fill in the blanks.
“ - You know.”
A deep breath is taken. With freshly renewed courage, Lydia turns around once more, locking eyes with the creature of her nightmares.
“I… I need your help.”
