1275 Onward Billboard on Minnesota at 25th St in San Francisco Dogpatch. This is one of the projects of the Minnesota St Project to gain visibility on the street where they occupy 3 buildings. It is changed out every few months. This is up for a few more days. By Beth Abrahamson. . 1275 is the address for this this non-profit founded by Deborah and Andy Rappoport to provide affordable spaces for art galleries, artists and related nonprofits. While the artist studios are not open to the public, there are 10 art galleries with a future bar and restaurant slated to be open this year. Philz Coffee is across the street. . This Saturday 1-2pm: Join MIXED USE for an artist talk with Elizabeth Sims in conjunction with her current exhibition Prima Materia. Focusing on her recent work, Sims will discuss her practice of visiting natural hot springs across the American West, and her experience of these uncanny sites as catalysts for radical exchange in the tradition of the “temporary autonomous zone.”
