"The corset that Beth wore wrapped across her chest with its curved neckline, the fabric rising up into sharp points on both sides, framing her breasts, and the fabric of the skirt was drapped on one side of her hips, accentuating her curves, while the other side had a slit so high that Beth's hip bone was exposed. The thick fabric of the dress was covered in rhinestones and sparkled with every step."

Equally translucent, silver fabric was attached at her waist, two strips of it running up her chest to drape over her shoulders while more cascaded down her legs like heavy snowfall that sparkled in the streetlights during freezing winter nights."

They ran parallel from her right shoulder to her left hip in the back. Light gray fabric fell down her legs in bundles and was draped up over her chest to flow loosely down her arms. The faintest of movements caused the weightless material to dance all around her. It painted the picture that Beth was submerged in water, floating."

"Beth watched as Sven unzipped a garment bag to reveal the true star of the evening: a knee-length cape made of luxurious black fabric and encrusted with thousands upon thousands of crystals that had been meticulously sewn on by hand. It was the same kind of crystals that sparkled in her hair. They formed clusters all around, creating the illusion of streams of water, trickling down the material. Some even reached beyond the borders like drops clinging to the edge, just shy of dripping off of it."

"Elegant in its simplicity, the top of her dress was made of pale silver-blue satin, wrapping tightly around her chest, dipping low in the back. It looked understated and put emphasis on the intricate nature of the skirt. Resembling an upside-down flower, an abundance of layers, like petals of varying lengths, cascaded down Beth’s legs. Each one was encrusted with rhinestones and sequins that lined them like sparkling dew drops. The longest pieces of fabric ended just shy of touching the ground, a fact that was ensured by the added height provided by her heels."

"The top of the dress that Sven had put her into, was made up entirely of silver necklaces. Sparkling stones of varying sizes, shapes, and shades ranging anywhere between white, grey, and black, were attached to them. Wrapping around her neck above her collar bones, the shortest necklace was at the very top. What followed were rows of them, every one of them a little longer than the one above it, until they covered her entire front. The cold material was soothing against Beth’s hot skin like the smooth, silver satin that was draped at her waist and caressed her legs as it fell down to her ankles."
