I'm not a hypochondriac and that kind of behavior kind of disgusts me. That said, side effects of the medication I was taking mimic the signs of heart attack in women, and yesterday I felt so horrible, I had to reason with myself multiple times not to go to the ER. Very, very gay.

When confronted with the helplessness of the past, you can choose to say

That's NOT who I am anymore.

I choose to refuse the call of the past. Letting it go unanswered if it doesn't align with who I've worked so hard to become.

Book Recommendation: 25 Ways to Win People

Just finished this audio book. How often we don’t realise the things we do can impact our surroundings. Very encouraging and something that I want to work on myself. Take 4 hours out of your spare time and learn a good lesson:)

I hung out with some friends today after i had my hair coloured. I really enjoyed it. I don't quite feel as sad as yesterday tbh.

I got ⅓ of the pictures i need for a dating profile. I should probably start eating better and go back to the gym.

I have work tomorrow but i kinda like work. I guess i'm just sorta rambling about my day.
