This week was long and sad for both personal and professional reasons and I literally came home this afternoon and burnt my tea. The liquid tea. I’m literally a pastry chef, wtf. I didn’t even know you could do that,

Finally! 🎉 A Better Weekend Is Here! 🌸
Hi friends, how’s your weekend going? 💛It feels so good to finally say—a better weekend is here! After the past two weekends of sickness, I’ve been waiting for this moment. The Last Two Weekends 🤒💊 The last two weekends were really tough. I was down with fever, rashes, cough, and fatigue 😷. Most of my time went in scratching, taking medicines, and just trying to rest. It felt like a…

Then tomorrow: I get to help do technical stuff on video announcements, and I'm going to see the play with Jasmine.
Friday: we have a walk-through peprally, and I get to hang out with Shakir♥ until the football game. Then we have the game, and yay more fun!
Then Saturday is my birthday party stuff! Dinner then a sleepover with a few people. jdfsdjfsdkfjsdl. :)
Loving this week. (: ♥♥♥
After a particularly shitty week last week (as in I was just at rock bottom) it was a surprisingly nice weekend.
Had breakfast at the Daniel Boone Inn up here (I don't know if anyone knows about the Daniel Boone Inn, but it's all homemade food, and they have the best breakfasts) on Saturday, and then went to a farmers market with my parents. Wasn't much there, but got to walk around West Jefferson, and visit one of my favorite hobby places over there. Didn't do a lot, but it was fun, and I was just happy my stomach bug was letting up a bit. Sunday we made it over to a mattress sale at Big Lots, and I finally bought a new mattress with the little bit of extra money I had left over from Financial aid at ASU. (I felt a mattress was an appropriate use of what was left.) My dad also picked up a new chair (which he instantly falls asleep in every time he sits down. ) so he could actually lay on something the cat hasn't decided was his, as my dad is really allergic to him. I started and finished a book in a series I've been reading on for about four years, It's a bit below my age group I guess, but I just can't stop reading on a series I liked so much when I was little, I mean I would feel bad if I didn't finish it. Then today, I really didn't do anything. I'm worrying a bit about finishing up some Computer Science Lab work before 9am tomorrow, but besides that I really haven't done much. I mean I got some groceries, and hopefully I should get my truck back in the next few days or something, but life really doesn't seem to suck as bad as it did last week. There is still a lot of things that are wrong, but I'm at least not feeling like most of them can't be corrected with a little effort.

Sometimes the title says it all. Here's to making it through a shitty week, and hoping that the weekend will compensate for it by rocking our faces off.
