Survive the Drowning Deep is wrapped! Time to try to get this one buttoned up, too! The end of Until Dawn is a little more straightforward, so I'm hoping to bang out a bunch of chapters this month. I'm working on trying to finish most/all of my outstanding fics this year while I work on others in the background. I really like posting chapters as I finish them, but I think that most of my fics benefit more from having a few chapters finished ahead so that I can do more substantial edits as I go instead of feeling like I need to rewrite the whole thing like I will with Gentlemen's Agreement, Survive the Drowning Deep, and What Lurks Below (and probably this one, too).

Who is Opalescent?

Jadeite's estranged sister. She's the eldest daughter of Knuckles and Rouge, and would become the guardian of the Master Emerald after Knuckles dies. She would be raised and taken care of by Tikal's spirit until she was sixteen, and she becomes immortal as the new guardian. At one point during Sage's takeover, Sage stole the Master Emerald. In Opal's search for it, she meets Silver.
