working out and a nice long shower really do wonders for my mood. who knew.
Trying a new schedule to fight against my procrastination, will report back in a week
trying to learn this and i think musicians possess some sort of magic that i do not
i get so little core exercise because when I am on the ground I realize I can just lay there instead
it's not shocking really, having been told this since I understood what words meant, but it is kind of nuts how much doing even a little bit of cardio regularly improves your life
neuroplasticity is for losers my brain is rock hard and brittle
one thing I wasn't expecting when I started working out more regularly is that, when I revert back to my natural lump-like ways, I get really uncomfortable for a (seemingly) unclear reason
it goes away when you work out. weird how that one works. so if I'm feeling extra lump-like, I get an additional feeling of discomfort on top of the other stuff
i need to force myself to like running. it's like one of the only exercises I can do without a gym membership around here and it's beautiful!!! so many trails around
