We covered everything so far from breakfast, lunch, and dinner; but what about the party nights where you have a group of friends over. Nothing beats cheap and easy wings that you can make any flavor, and its real easy to do.
This meal requires the most prep-work and will take the longest but is arguable the best and most rewarding meal. Start with a bag of frozen chicken wings and let them defrosts. Once their up to room temperature wash and rinse them in the sink until their clean. Next add salt and pepper. Lay the wings out on a tray with tinfoil evenly and preheat oven up to 350 degrees fahrenheit. Next you can begin to cook the wings for fifteen minutes and then flip the wings and repeat. After the thirty minutes of even cooking switch your oven to broil and the wing to cook for ten minutes on each side. This constant rotating of the wings will ensure a nice even finish on the wings. After letting the wings cool down you can take your favorite dressing. For my wings I will do half honey barbecue and half buffalo. To coat these wings get a large bowl and add a large amount of dressing to the bowl. Start by adding little amounts of the dressing and adding more as needed. Next dump the wings into the bowl and begin mixing. Just like that you have restaurant quality wings at a fraction of the cost. The only thing left is to eat!
