"Are you alright?" (accidentally world jumped elsa for nigel, after nearly skewering him with an ice shard)
Invisibility didn’t really help much when one still had their clothes on, though that hadn’t stopped him from instinctively fading out of sight and shifting back, looking for a place he could hide and-

Nigel straightened back up, looking quite an odd site as the disembodied clothing took a couple steps back towards the woman and her ice. “S’alright, I’m alright, see?” And he let himself become visible again, hands up to show her he was just fine, and a smile to show he took no offense.
“I imagine you’re just as startled as I am, eh? Perfectly reasonable reaction, I promise, and as you saw, I’ve got some tricks too.” Hopefully that was enough to make her feel safe enough to start a conversation at least. He’d have to convince her that he meant no harm and only wanted to help, if they’d have any chance of figuring out... well, just what the hell had caused her to suddenly appear as she had.
“S’a pretty cool power you’ve got there, I gotta say.” Okay so he couldn’t help the dad level joke either, sue him. “My name’s Nigel, what’s yours?”
