Hi Sea-fam! I recently started anti-depressants (Wellbutrin) and I think I've forgotten to take them a couple times, because I've had some bad days where I felt really distant and disconnected with the world. I also counted my pills and have more than I should left over. How can I remember to take it, and also remember that I have taken it?
Alright so:
Habitica habits are good for establishing medication routines. I really love that website, so I bring it up a lot.
If you take it twice a day, make a little sign that says “cap= morning, bottom =evening” and flip the bottle as you take it.
Those weekly/daily pill containers can also be helpful.
If you have a phone keep it right next to your medications.

bettyhooker oh that's actually really cool! (but my mom is not jewish)

Chewy and a bit cakey (if you overbake them they lose their moisture and become, like, cake). Because of the baking soda, they puff up (hence the fork squishing)
I spent 18+ hours in the library for four days straight last week, plus working at home, while on adderall. I didn't really socialize at all during that period of time. Now I feel too mentally exhausted to go to lectures (I've made it to seminar), and needing to socialize instead of doing homework to "recharge." I feel guilty for missing class though, even if attendance isn't mandatory. What can I do to recharge myself when I've used up all my focus for 2 weeks?
It sounds like you need at least one full day off from school stuff. Choose a day and spend it doing all relaxing things that you enjoy, doing stuff with friends, etc. Don’t touch your schoolwork for that day.
You also need to make sure you get your sleep schedule back on track so that you’re well-rested in general, and make sure you’re eating a healthy diet.
