After a short monsoon delay, the audience was treated to performances by Write Minded and Miranda Fling, and got to see 10 excellent music videos made by local filmmakers. In the comments, who was your favorite?
The CD release show for Kitty Crimes and Bevin Luna was a total success!! Kitty Crimes threw down a fiery set of originals, weaving in some choice throwback tunes a la My Own Worst Enemy by Lit, and Peaches’ Fuck The Pain Away. Bevin Luna and her band were elevated to a high level of rockdom that night. Playing all the songs from her new album Baby Dragon, and intermittent with songs from her last EP there’s a distinctly further evolved sound to the writing of the new songs when juxtaposed with the old material. Super happy for both of them for releasing some amazing sounding new records!
