Bevog - Totem
Bevog Kramah IPA (Picked up at Merkur Hoher Markt in Vienna). A 4 of 4. Big tropical and citrus qualities on the nose of this, and a very well-balanced body. This easily beats many American IPAs, and has a nice juicy quality throughout. Finishes bitter and dry, but not overly aggressive. Pretty great -- I’ve been impressed with both the beers from Bevog that I had.
Vall de Núria
Bevog Tak Pale Ale (Picked up at Merkur Hoher Markt in Vienna). A 3 of 4. A solid Austrian take on an American Pale Ale with a big fruity and slightly tropical nose. Decently bitter in the body, too, which helps balance some nice caramel malt sweetness. Nice medium, slightly creamy body, too.
